YU’s own Dr. Nishreena Nisham together with Dr. Shelly Bhagat and Suma Balachandran (CMA) discuss their chapter in The Bloomsbury Handbooks of Crises and Transformative Leadership in Higher Education, Volume 1.

Their chapter explores three distinct leadership approaches – transactional, transformational, and charismatic – and how they can be effectively utilized to navigate the complexities of organizational change, particularly in times of uncertain futures.
